We went for pizza with Thomas, Theo, Katherine, and Tony last week after we picked Sofia up from Saundra. A couple of spilled drinks made for a fun dinner.

We took Sofia on her 1st camping trip this week and she had a blast! We all slept in a big tent (which she loved) and took a couple of hikes (which she couldn't get enough of.) We weren't sure how she'd like it but now we know and can start going more often.

We finally took Sofia to her first A's game Saturday night. It was a fast game so she made it through all 9 innings even though it was way past her bedtime. Which is good since the A's won in the bottom of the 9th with a walk-off bunt! The whole stadium went crazy even though the game means nothing now that the A's aren't going to the playoffs. But now Sofia thinks that all baseball games are this exciting and is already asking to go to another one....

The long 4th of July weekend is over and I've added a couple of new videos. One is of Cesar and Sofia (mainly Cesar) hula hooping. The other is of Sofia's new talent of singing while jumping on the trampoline. She's got a few songs in a typical set but this time she made one up called "Kitty Song."
